Regulations are laws. They outline rights, and create duties, obligations and responsibilities for the persons that are affected by them. They have the same binding legal effect as Statutes, but are made by persons or bodies to whom the Legislature has delegated its law-making power - such as the Governor in Council (the Lieutenant Governor acting on the advice of cabinet), or an administrative body.
Chiropractic Regulations are Regulations made pursuant to sections 6(3) and 22 of the Chiropractic Act. They are made by the Board with approval of the Governor in Council.
